So, I moved to North Carolina February, 2014 and so far, I love it here! Retired (well, today anyway) but still work from home when the opportunity arises.     [8/31/14]

Made the big move to Wisconsin in 2005 to be closer to my brother (Roger, LHS class of 1960) and our mother and I love it here.  Still working as a Technical Writer and hope to retire in a few years so that I can really enjoy the four seasons that are so magnificently witnessed here!  My two grandkids remain my focus, with Ms Scarlett now a teenager and Andrew close behind; are we really that old?  My son David (age 42) remains in California and somehow manages to juggle a full-time job at Verizon Wireless with a successful music career (he is a drummer) and being a single father; Michelle (age 39) currently lives in Burbank but recently purchased a condo in Hawaii and plans to move there within the next few years.  Melanie (age 35) still lives in Austin, Texas and continues to pursue her music career.  [11/06/06]

In brief: I live in Huntington Beach, California and work as a contract Technical Writer, currently working with a software development company in Irvine. I am single and have been since I became a widow in 1985. I have three adult children: Dave - age 37, Michelle - age 33, and Melanie - age 30, and two WONDERFUL grandchildren: Scarlett Rose - age 9, and Andrew - age 7 (All ages as of 2001). I keep in touch with several of my LHS classmates and I always look forward to our reunions: smaller, individual ones or the huge, organized ones!
