OBITUARY:

Charles R. Jarnagan, 67
Warren - Charles R. Jarnagan, 67, of Cutler Rd., died Sunday, February 12, 2012 in UMASS Memorial Healthcare in Worcester.

He leaves his wife of 47 years, Diane M. (Fleury) Jarnagan; one son, Curtis Jarnagan and his wife Aimee of Palmer; one daughter, Darlene Jarnagan and her companion Robert Inangelo of Warren; his mother, Annis (Guinn) Jarnagan of Charleston, AR; two sisters, Janis DeCoster of Arkansas and Regina Brown of Washington; one grandson, Christopher Jarnagan of Warren; two great-granddaughters, Haley and Alexis and many nieces and nephews. He was born in Fayetteville, AR son of the late Clark Jarnagan and lived in California for 20 years before moving to Warren in 1978.

Mr. Jarnagan worked for 27 years for Warren Pumps as a pump mechanic and carpenter before retiring in 2006.

He was a United States Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War.

His biggest enjoyment after retiring was the time he spent taking care of his two great-granddaughters Haley and Alexis.

Funeral Services for Charles will be held privately at the convenience of his family. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donors choice. Varnum Funeral Home, Inc., 43 East Main St., West Brookfield is directing arrangements.
