The family of Penny Retzloff regret to inform you she has passed away.
She has been complaining of pain in her abdomen and legs for a few weeks.
As was Mom's style, she stayed home and suffered instead of going to the doctor. This past Friday she fell and went to the hospital for stitches. She was diagnosed with pancreatitis with complications of gal stones and an intestinal blockage. She become septic and her organs including her kidneys and liver failed. There was no posibilty of extending her life. This morning we made a family decision to remove her from her breathing machine and make her more comfortable. Her mind was filled with love and gratitude from family and friends near and far away.
My sister Belinda kissed her cheek and recognized a smile on her face, she said good bye, walked out of the room and she died...
She was preceded by her mother Fil Howe, her father Gordon(coincidentally today is his birthday) She leaves behind her husbandRonald, her brother Pat Howe her step son Sam, her sons Paul, and meGordon, her daughter Belinda, and her grandchildren Veronica, Gianetta, and Carlo.
