Phil married Angela I. Loh in Orange County, California on August 23, 1969. They were both 22 years old. Son of Don and Peggy (Ishihara) Watanabe.

Would like all of Phil's friends to know how much your cards and notes meant to me, the kids, and Phil's folks?  When I sent out the first e-mail some of them were returned for the wrong address and there have been some missed messages and phone calls since then.  I don't know when I'll get to answer everyone but I do want you to know how much I appreciate your concern.
