that's a long time ago! Military from '68 to '72. Married
Cathy Irwin (Morningside 67) in 1970. Two children,
Cindy, 22, opened on Broadway last year, and Bryan, 26,
mechanical engineer with GE. I've been involved in the
model hobby industry full time since 1972, working for
several different firms until I couldn't stand working
for someone else anymore. Started my own business in 1985
doing custom engines for model use. I was world racing
champion three times and US team member 8 times. I've
been fortunate to have traveled worldwide to fly radio
controlled airplanes. Current interests include
competitive trapshooting and looking forward to
retirement so I can do all the things I don't have time
for now! The years have been good to me and for that I am
grateful. |
