Taught math in high and middle school and worked as math consultant for the State of Missouri and Missouri State University. Widowed in 2015 after nearly 40 years. 29 grands and 13 greats.    [9/14/18]

In 1974 I left California and headed east to the state of my birth, Missouri, and the beautiful Ozarks. After arriving her I met a man with 5 kids... married him and now we have 13 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.

About 18 years ago I decided I wanted to do what I never thought I would do - teach! I went to Northeast Oklahoma State University and in 2-1/2 years, I received my Bachelors in Math Ed. I taught for 14 years with the Strafford School District and now I am at the Greenwood Laboratory School at Southwest Missouri State University teaching math. (Mr. Jerry Smith is probably turning over in his grave.)

My sister Roxie - class of '65 lives right next door and my parents now live 8 miles from us. Seems so nice to be together at last.        [2/1/99]
