Took a job at Princeton University in April 2009 to run the Music Library there. About to reach 10-year anniversary, with no plans to retire. Wonderful place to work, surrounded by brilliant students and inspiring colleagues. And lots of money to build great collections and inspire learning, research, and discovery. Previously worked 1995-early 2009 at Brandeis University as Creative Arts Librarian and a subsequent administrative position. Worked full time in the Music Library at UCLA for 16 years from 1979-1995. Ended up getting three advanced degrees from there. Still have a house in Framingham, MA, that borders the wetlands of the Sudbury River. I love New England, so reside in two states to hold down the Princeton position. Still have California roots, with properties in Redlands and Yucaipa. [2/3/19] ***** Finally updating this! After 13.5 years in the Boston area (at Brandeis University), became the music librarian at Princeton in April 2009. [7/20/12] ***** Web page pretty much tells all. I've become a proper Bostonian and can shovel snow with the best of them. [7/27/01] |
