I hate to bring you all this news on 06-13-2014 Keith Ballard passed away in Lennox, Ca. from what we think was a heart attack….I got a call from John Fletcher telling that he got a call from Jim Skas stating Keith was in his Corvette and was at Condon Ave. and Century Blvd. around 11am when Keith suffered the heart attach while driving paramedics tried to revive him on the way to Centinela hosp. were they pronounced him dead ..I spoke to Keith's sister Barbara Ballard last night and she told me family members are coming today and she said there not sure when a funeral will be announced ...if anyone wants to contact me that new Keith call call me at 310-569-3429 and I'll try to get more info as time goes by...    [6/13/14]

Married Debbie Williams, had 1 daughter melissa, she just got her Phd. from UCLA a couple of years ago and I have 1 granddaughter Sofia, gorgeous !!! Hmmm.... I own the largest authentic adobe block yard in california and now opening a yard in arizona for 2010 !!!...then 2011 New Mexico !!! ..should be the largest in the U.S. in the next 3 years !!!..... when the rest of you are thinking about retiring and relaxing...I'm still out there making it happen....Lancers never quit !!!!     [1/23/10]
