Mike is survied by my sister Diana and their daughter Leilani. Mike was a wonderful husband and father, who enjoyed cooking and did it so well. BBQ's at his home were always welcomed in our family. The most memorable I would probably have to say was the Thanksgiving he was deep frying the turkey and it caught fire and he almost burned the house down. We are most thankful for the firemen and the other turkey cooking in the oven. Mike is missed by us each and every day a day does not go by when his thoughts are not with us. I would like to let anyone who might be shopping at the Costco in Bakersfield and find themselves in the bakery department and you happen to come across four women there crying it is probably my mom, sisters and I remembering Mike.
To know him was to love him.
