Retired from the City of LA (Police) as a dispatcher; raised 9 foster children plus hosted several others for short term. Have had many fun opportunities in life such as working security at the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta, playing on Dodger Stadium field in a fantasy Dodger game, met Bobby Sherman, live life right every day.     [9/2/21]

I retired from LAPD in Sept 2007 after 30 years and 1 day!.  I am a foster parent and have 3 children living with my husband and me.  We will be adopting the youngest (6 years) later this year!  I am staying young forever this way.   [5/20/08]

Just turned the BIG 50 and plan on retiring next year.  Raising 2 foster children, ages 4 and 11. Life is good.  I can't beleive I will be getting paid to stay home.  City jobs are the BEST.  [Update 8/29/06]
