Doug passed away on Sunday, October 19th, 2025 at 4pm in ARROWHEAD REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER hospital, in Rancho Cucamonga.

Doug lived in Portland, Oregon for many years and in recent years moved to Newberry Springs. He is survived by 2 daughters and their families. Theresa (Clark) & James Driehorst; Nicole (Clark) & Mark Thompson and their son Tristen and daughter, Lily; in addition his oldest brother, Michael (Class of 1966) and little sister Cynthia (Class of 1978). He was preceded by his brother, Gregg (Class of 1974), and his parents.
