I married my high school sweetheart, Gene Ory (class of 75), and we're still going strong 35 years later. Graduated from the Institute of Design and Merchandising in L.A. in '78. After years of working for a Long Beach office supplier as a computer supply specialist, we moved to Oregon in '87 and I embarked on my favorite career as full-time mother and housewife, learning to knit, sew, bake, garden, can, and play guitar as well as change diapers - barefoot and pregnant described me to a 'T' - my true hippie years. The Oregon economy only allowed me to stay home for ten years, though, and I ended up back in the computer industry, first as a teacher's aide for a local charter school, and then as office manager for a computer software company. Oddly enough, after yet another career change where I actually used some of my college education in the marketing industry, I'm currently working as a legal assistant for an employee benefits lawyer to support my shoe habit. I love God, golfing, outdoor activities of any sort and landscaping our newest yard - and my grandson, Easton! [6/21/110
