Monique Ann 42, of Rohnert Park, CA, passed away December 26, 2003 at El Camino Hospital in Mountain View, CA. Monique was born October 3, 1961 in Inglewood, CA, and spent her entire life in CA.

She is survived by one daughter, Nevada Carney; two sisters, Michelle Salazar and Yvette Bird; and her mother, Jo Ann (Brown) Toloczko. She was preceded in death by her son, Justice Campbell Carney; and her father, Philip Thomas Toloczko. She leaves behind many friends and relatives and will be greatly missed by all. Cremation.
